Manager – Card and Alternate Channels: 1 Position (Manager M1 Level)

Job Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for driving the sales and Marking initiative for Cards business, Mobile & Internet Banking. You will also be responsible for:
New product development, design and marketing along with the spearheading of the sales initiative.
Delivering on financial and other performance targets under cards products under the digital platform.
Assist Head- Cards in formulating card and digital banking strategies

Prerequisites:

• Age not exceeding 40 Years as on 29 June 2016.
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Management/Commerce/Business or Statistics or Economics or Finance or Engineering related subject with at least with second division or 3 CGPA (out of 4) or professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA)/ACCA /CPA.
• Minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial banks with at least 3 years' experience in officer/ manager level in related department.

Other criteria:

• In-depth Knowledge of Card Operations, Card Marketing, Mobile and Internet Banking
• Proven track record of managing large operations in sales, marketing and knowledge of management information and operational research techniques
