Manager – Retail Sales and Business Development: 1 Position (Manager M1 or Manager M2 Level)
Job Summary:
In this position, you will be responsible for:
Assisting, initiating and formulating Strategic and Business Development Plan for Retail Lending Portfolio.
Playing strategic role of business development for developing, tracking, monitoring and closing new business of all Retail products.
Promoting and developing retail business scope and opportunities, formulating and introducing new products suitable to market, and developing concept papers for effective implementation.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance Bank's image and position in the market.
