Manager – Retail Sales and Business Development: 1 Position (Manager M1 or Manager M2 Level)

Job Summary:

In this position, you will be responsible for:
Assisting, initiating and formulating Strategic and Business Development Plan for Retail Lending Portfolio.
Playing strategic role of business development for developing, tracking, monitoring and closing new business of all Retail products.
Promoting and developing retail business scope and opportunities, formulating and introducing new products suitable to market, and developing concept papers for effective implementation.
Implementing sales and marketing strategies to enhance Bank's image and position in the market.

Prerequisites:

• Age not exceeding 45 Years as on 29 June 2016
• Master's Degree or equivalent in Management/Commerce/Business or Statistics or Economics or Finance or related subject with at least with second division or 3 CGPA (out of 4) or professional qualification of Chartered Accountant (CA)/ACCA /CPA.
• At least five years’ experience in sales and business development functions in Retail/Consumer Banking in Officer/Manager Level in commercial Banks.

Other criteria

• In-depth knowledge of retail/consumer banking products and processes.
• Experienced in developing innovative products for concept to launch of retail products.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Excellent sales/negotiation skill.
