Conduct comparative legal analysis on a range of issues related to the operation of banking business, identify legal and policy issues and propose appropriate solutions
Provide legal support to ongoing projects, transactions, court cases, and other matters.
Provide legal advice to branch/unit on legal issues
Draft, review, negotiate and finalize legal documents for Operations, Credit /Lending activities, Finance, Human Resource, Administration, and other matters or practice areas.
Advice the concerned unit of the Bank on regulatory and corporate legal compliance.
Co-ordination with external legal counsel on litigation matters related to the Bank.
Represent the Bank in various Courts, tribunals or any other authorities.
Any other assignments related to Legal issues
