Sales Head Senior Level

Job Description

We are looking for Sale Head. The main purpose of the role is to develop the domestic remittance, meet the target, opportunities within a defined territory and close sales leads through marketing activity.

• You will be responsible for maximizing the sales and profitability of new domestic customers overall through effective prospecting of new business and following up sales leads provided by the marketing effort.
• Guide and supervise sales staffs under your supervision.
• You will also be responsible for implementing new scheme, sales target to your team, knowledge of product and competitor moves.

Job Specification

• At least Master in Business Management or bachelor’s degree with exposed remittance sales or marketing.
• You must be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual, able to work equally consistently on your own or as part of a team and use your passion for sales to develop your own individual sales area.
• Having ability to research your work area, identifying opportunities to help grow the business by building networks.
• Must possess excellent communication and strong planning skills along with exceptional selling, influencing and negotiation skills are essential to the role
• You must have a professional approach to sales and customer service and the customer should be at the heart of everything you do.
• Ideally have experience of both Business to Business and Business to Consumer sales.
• Demonstrate your ability to sell to a range of customers Further Information.
