Job Description

We are looking for Operation Head/Manager.

  • Strong knowledge in policy, planning, and standard Operating procedures (SOP) of the department.
  • Able to develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures time on time.
  • Encourages subordinate and train of regular business activities.
  • Oversee reporting, planning, and executing.
  • Coordinate among the team and department.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations as per NRB guidelines.
  • Identify and resolve day to day operations task.
  • Should have leadership and team player attitude.

Job Specification

  • Master in Business Management.
  • Experience in management, operations, and leadership would be counted.
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
  • Good communication skills both in writing and speaking.
  • Preference would be given to remittance operation background candidates.
  • Preferred for Male Candidates.
