Program Coordinator

Job Description

National Campaign for Education Nepal, a national network of more than 437 national and grassroots level organizations. NCE Nepal is seeking qualified, motivated and dedicated candidates for the position of program coordinator. 

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, plan and implement programs and events and ensure proper documentation of the programs and events organized 
• Keep proper track of the project activities and its completion within timeline.
• Support finance in proper tracking of the budget, expenditure and well documentation of the financial documents.
• Support members in conducting advocacy and campaigning at the different levels. 
• Ensure quality monitoring of activities implemented by its members and partners.
• Coordinate with partners, members and networks for enhancing the partnership and collaboration in right to education movement 
• Document lesson learnt, best practices and success stories of the advocacy, campaign and movement
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, semi -annual and annual project report as per the requirement of the project.

Qualification, Skills and knowledge:

• Master’s in education or others subjects as equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in project implementation and documentation 
• Profound technical skills in writing, data analysis and knowledge on Excel and other tools
• Sound knowledge on human rights to education, child rights and issues of SDG4

• Good skills on networking, coordination, communication, management, advocacy and campaigning
• Good interpersonal skills to deal with the colleagues in the organization and capability andwillingness to work under the pressures and multiple deadlines
