Liaise with: Office Assistant
 

Job purpose:

To assist to contribute to the smooth functioning of the accounting operations and administrative works

Responsibilities

• Assist in consolidation of accounting documents (receipts, bills, etc) as required by Admin/Finance Coordinator
• Deliver and collect cheques, bank statements, vouchers, etc as required
• Assist in purchasing/procurement and maintenance of the project materials and assets
• Assist in repairing the office equipments as and when needed
• Manage required logistic arrangements at the time of NCE-Nepal’s event in and outside the office
• Arrange bank transfers of different parties
• Timely deposits of Income Tax/VAT and submission to the Inland Revenue Office in prescribed form and format
• Administer tax deposit, VAT refund and tax deposit certificate of staff and other service providers as applicable
• Communicate to parties for their payment/ fund transfer and liquidate status.
• Make sure all major equipments are insured.
• Ensure updated administrative documents and keep the records effectively
• Provide support to the admin and finance coordinator as and when necessary
