Job Description
Managing the entire team of Pokhara (Marketing and Operations).
Handling the marketing of ZipFlyer all around the city.
Train and develop teams to carry out day to day marketing and sales activities and take appropriate reports.
Report to management on day to day development.
Develop relations with associated parties in the business like hotels, guides and travel agents.
Develop liasioning with various association, government bodies and local group in villages to ensure smooth functioning of operations.
Job Specification
At least 5 years of experience in leadership role.
Experience in tourism industry is an advantage.
Should be able to work in a flexible way including evenings and occasional residential weekends.
Strong time management and ability to work under deadlines and with diverse groups.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
