Manage the work of the shift personnel and supervise the strict compliance with Customers safety rules, Support the training of the power plant operations personnel.
Manage the processing, approving, closing and status reporting of fault notifications, work orders and isolation and the monitoring of the ‘Permit to Work’ system.
Coordination of planning for Minor and Major Inspections.
Sound knowledge about hydro power sector, rule, and regulation, the updated act of Nepal.
Monitor and implementation of Health and Safety program.

Job Specification
B.E (Electrical/Mechanical).
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operation & Maintenance of Hydro power plant.
Should possess all the minimum skill sets required for handling the designated post.
Good knowledge of operation & maintenance management.
