Schedules interviews as and when needed
Assists with processing of new recruitment
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files
To involve in all HR Functions of the Company

Job Specification

Must have a strong knowledge/understanding of Human Resource Management
Good knowledge on Microsoft Office Package and other basic Computer
