  Job Description

  • Prepare monthly report & submission to hospital management & department of health services.
  • Maintain data collection and skills acquisition files
  • Protect medical records from loss or defacement prior to the end of retention periods
  • Maintain current face sheet for every patient served
  • Process admission and discharge records accurately, and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all medical records

Note:  Hospital/Clinic experience’s candidates will be given more preference

  • Review each medical record accurately on time
  • Sort and get patient folders.
  • Get files from storage facility.
  • Check information into system for digital retaining.
  • Task within multiple medical systems.
  • Manage sign out system for all chart pulling.
  • Pre-assemble new patients’ medical records and deliver to providers on time.
  • Prioritize workload to meet daily production schedule.
  • Review medical records for completeness after working on every medical record.
