POST: FINANCE OFFICER

Job Descriptions

Preparing financial papers for internal and external vendors, write monthly reports to determine whether the financial information generated are accurate.
Perform account receivable duties and assist with preparing the hospital’s budget.
Cross-checking daily invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Working with collection agencies on overdue payments.
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Process accounts payable and receivable, depending on role
Utilize database software to organize financial account information
Handle account inquiries from internal and external sources
Make regular contact with clients to ensure payment and collections.
Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards, are paid on time
Perform internal audits on financial activities as necessary
Review both incoming and outgoing invoices
Should be working under supervision of senior Finance officer.

Minimum Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Management.
At least 1 years of Officers level experiences in hospital/hotel industry.
Must have sufficient knowledge in financial management.
