Admin Officer/PR Officer

Job description

  1. Develop and implement admin.strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall operation.
  2. Bridge management and employee relation by addressing grievances and other issues.
  3. Report to management or senior staffs.
  4. Should be able to compose official letters,drafts,quotation,reports,agreements  
  5. Public Relation: assist or correspond independently with patient parties in different issues.

Note:  Hospital/Clinic/Hotel experience’s candidates will be given more preference

Job Specification

Other specification:

  1. Bachelor in Management (BBS, BHCM) with minimum 2 years of experiences in Admin/HR/Operation.
  2. Strong knowledge expertise in all aspects of administration management
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali
  4. Independent while working with high team spirit.
  5. Efficient and excellent time management skills
  6. Excellent supervision and delegation abilities.
  7. Strong headed tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities.
  8. Goal setting abilities
  9. Should be willing to work under pressure and during add hours.
  10. Depth computer knowledge: typing(Nepali & English)
