Job Description

Mechanical Head is expected to work hand-in-hand with Process & Quality Control to provide maximum optimization of the Plant & to directly head Maintenance & Spares Division with a team of dedicated personnel. Mechanical Head will be leading both our plants at Birgunj and Bhairahawa, shall be reporting to Management at Plant & Corporate Office and shall also be involved in planning & execution of future expansions & modifications for the betterment of the Plant.
 
Qualifications:
• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University / Institution.
• Minimum 5-10 Years of experience in similar position or deputy position in established Cement Plants.
• Fluent English (both spoken & written) & sound computer skills are mandatory.
