Job Description

This opening is part of Senior Management Team. Candidate shall report to Senior General Manager in Plant & Management Team at Corporate Office. The roles & responsibilities shall include —

  •  Day to day operations of the Plant including production, maintenance, administration, purchase, and dispatch along with the existing dedicated Team.
  •  Policy formation for smooth operations of the Plant.
  • Liaison with local Government bodies, other local representations & to represent the Company in various local platforms.
  • To establish PR with our Channel Partners (Dealers, Distributors, and Consumers etc) for better understanding of the Market, Company policies and work on continuous improvement of our systems.

Qualifications and experience for this position:

  • B. Tech. Engineering or MBA done from any reputed University.
  •  Minimum work experience of 5-10 years in similar position in any "manufacturing" unit. Previous cement industry experience shall be given preference.
  • Adequate knowledge of Finance/Accounts, Computers & technology application is necessary.
