As a part of its ongoing efforts to strengthen its existing team, the company is seeking to hire highly motivated personnel for the following positions.
Position: Marketing Executive
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
Experience in customer service, leadership, and logistics may be advantageous
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
Good computer skills
Strong customer service, project management, and quality control skills
Good resource planning skills
Excellent leadership and customer service skills
Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
