Position: Call Center Executives- Customer Care
Job Description:
Prepared to work in shifts to manage calls from customers
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with &commerce platforms and Google Applications
Handle and Assist in timely fulfillment of the customer's orders
Prepare report of issues faced by customers and ensure timely resolution to their problems
Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed
Requirement/ Skills:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year working experience in a similar role
Amazing customer service skill
Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and organization skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with Ecommerce platforms and Google Applications
Good work ethics and integrity with the ability to work with a diverse team
