Job Title: Delivery Supervisor
Job Description:
Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team’s processes and tasks are carried out efficiently
Training delivery boys
Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to customers
Schedule staff, and orchestrated deliveries to meet customers demand with little to no delay
Receive products and coordinate delivery
Creating a plan or time table for the movement of delivery
Work with supporting departments and encourage cross-functional support
Planning and coordinating of logistics support operations to ensure smooth accomplishment of delivery
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management or equivalent
Minimum 1-2 years experience in the similar field
Strong Communication skills with strong business related knowledge
Must possess the skills to work both in the team and independently
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Ability to meet deadlines
Experience with E-commerce platforms and Google Applications
