Manager - Spare Parts Senior Level

Job Description

• Create annual Parts Department goals and budget, in alignment with the organization's financial and operational objectives
• Ensure regular monitoring and follow up on Spare Parts orders to facilitate appropriate stock levels
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization
• Monitor inventory levels
• Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory control system
• Take regular inventory stock and place orders when necessary
• Work with service manager and body shop manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed
• Analyze departmental operations and storage layout and revises as needed for ,maximum effectiveness
• Monitor daily reports
• Provide timely warranty and product support
• Monitoring Spare parts and Lube targets
• Monitor order and supply management
• Maintain inventory turnover ratio
• Monitor stock reconciliation and physical

Job Specification

• Candidate must have minimum Bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of experince in related field
• Prior experience in a automotive industry
• Knowledge of inventory monitoring practices
• Excellent communication and sales skills
• Local candidates are preferred
