Position: Lab Assistant/Junior Lab Administration
Department/Division: Computer Lab
Reports To: Dean Academics and Executive Director
To ensure proper maintenance and security of all aspects of the computer within the academic and non-academic departments.
Maintaining hardware and software Support hardware and software maintenance in computer labs and classrooms.
To check, maintain, and arrange the stock and inventory of all the assigned equipment, supplies, and software, etc.
To record the practical lab report of each and every student having practical exams.
To enter the records of all the lab books presented by students.
To check the number of lab classes in a month and make a record of it.
To prepare and present the report to the concerned person (As & when required/demanded to produce). Reports like: Weekly work report(You need to send this report to your immediate supervisor and mark a cc to reports@lbef.edu.np), Practical Class Report, and Monthly lab class report, and others as assigned by supervisor.
