Job Description
Key Role and responsibilities
Participate in an assessment of CRS' Rural Access Initiative (RAI) program to assess their community mobilization strategies, their degree of integration with the health system, the effectiveness of client referrals, the quality of data collected and how to make better use of existing data to assess program effectiveness.
Make specific recommendations to CRS on how to improve linkages with the health system, referral tracking, data collection, analysis and reporting.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in public health
Minimum eight year experience in related field in Nepal
Familiarity with national HMIS and referral mechanisms in the health system
