Provide lead role in the management of district office in terms of operations and maintenance, accounting, timely paying of bills, fund and petty cash management at field
Monitor the status of budget expenditure in line with periodic plan
Ensure proper compliance of policy and procedures pertaining to program operation
Work in close collaboration with donor partner for procurement of construction materials
Assist management team in developing strategic action plans, policies and systems, including designing programs and projects
Maintain and update finance and administration documents
Develop quality assurance mechanisms to support the successful performance of the administration, in particular the provision of high-quality, timely service to field staffs
Collect and filing of leave record forms, timesheet, travel and authorization of field staff
Logistic arrangement for travel, training, meeting and workshop
Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualification and Experience: Business degree in business administration with minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Good interpersonal communication skills, facilitation, coordination and presentation skills along with excellent report writing ability both in English and Nepali.

BATAS Foundation is a non-profit and non-governmental organization established in 2008 with the aim of building a just community of skilled and self-motivated individuals. Following the devastating earthquake of 25th April 2015, BATAS extended its priorities to humanitarian support and emergency response realizing an imperative need for it. Currently, the Foundation has been working in Nuwakot, Sindhupalchok and Rasuwa districts for relief, recovery and reconstruction activities.
