Required Qualification and Experience: Bachelor degree in education.
Good spoken and written English
knowledge on group facilitation
Able to guide and train School teachers, National and International fellow and interns
Able to work in rural hilly areas and multicultural environment with at least 2 years experience in social field including experience of working in school, children.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide necessary training and facilitation to the teacher’s group, parent’s group members in related to the educational issue.
Prepare and submit Activity reports / project review reports and technical progress reports, necessary documents, financial reports as required by the project.
Explore the possible resource at local level for the program and get technical and procedural supports from office.
Planning and executing ECD improvement programs and ECA in selected schools.
