Required Qualification and Experience: B.Ed (Master’s preferred)
At least 3 years experience in related filed particularly working with the teachers, schools and familiar with the government plan and policies on education.
Key responsibilities:
Ensure effective implementation of approved and planned program and activities related to Education development and strategies at project sites on time.
Lead and manage the district base education program on the regular basis.
Provide necessary training and facilitation to the teacher’s group, parent’s group members, staffs and fellows in related to the educational issue.
Prepare and submit Activity reports / project review reports and technical progress reports, necessary documents, financial reports as required by the project.
Explore the possible resource at local level for the program and get technical and procedural supports from office.
