Customer Service Officer [Female]
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relations.
- Maintaining relationships with clients by providing information, guidance, and support.
- The candidate will be responsible to carry out regular follow-up and maintain relationships with clients.
- Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
- Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department.
- Greeting customers in a welcoming manner and helping them to solve their problems and queries
- Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the company’s services
- Staying knowledgeable about the services
- Should have basic knowledge of computer and internet
- Assisting customers throughout the service
- Drive sales through engaging, suggesting, and sharing product knowledge
- Team up with co-workers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or related field.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Customer service
- Motivation for sales.
