Responsibilities:
Build and maintain client relations.
Maintaining relationships with clients by providing information, guidance, and support.
The candidate will be responsible to carry out regular follow-up and maintain relationships with clients.
Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities.
Collecting customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the sales department.
Greeting customers in a welcoming manner and helping them to solve their problems and queries
Respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle complaints regarding the company’s services
Staying knowledgeable about the services
Should have basic knowledge of computer and internet
Assisting customers throughout the service
Drive sales through engaging, suggesting, and sharing product knowledge
Team up with co-workers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or related field.
Basic computer knowledge.
Effective communication skills in English.
Customer service
Motivation for sales.
