Job Responsibilities:
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Help in setting and optimizing marketing funnels (e.g, click funnel, conversion funnel, etc).
Develop and implement marketing plans to drive awareness, customer and user acquisition, growth, and retention. Ultimately, to achieve marketing KPIs such as user base growth, conversion rate, lead generation, etc.
Strategize and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns to generate leads and grow brand awareness.
Work with an eCommerce platform and also on Google keywords
Serve website developers and promotional events on demands
Corporate key factors to allocate the sales team for market research
Work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Business Development, etc.
Coordinating with Sales teams on Distributor/Market Wise Sales Persuading Distributors towards pushing their products
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines
Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Work on enhancing the placement in the market
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay-per-click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
Building relationships with business partners and customers and driving specific objectives
Analyzing Brand Positioning & Consumer Insights
Develop creative digital marketing growth strategies.
Job Specification
Job Specification:
BBA/BBS with specialization in Marketing
5 yrs experience working
Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
work knowledge on social media platforms as well with SaaS products
willing to work on such high pressure with result oriented
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
Must own his/her two-wheeler along with a valid driving license
