Issue invoices to customers and monthly customer statements
Update customer files with issued invoices
Collect all the information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
Form order booking
Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers
Coordination with local transportation
Update accounting records with new payments, balances, customer information etc.
Minimum one year experience in related field
Prior experience in a related field will be given preference
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software will be appreciated
Excellent math ability
Good organizational skills
