Job Description

·         Contracts management.

·         schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors

·         Handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, confidential mails, quotations, monthly billing, cheques, etc. 

·         general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.

·         Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

·         Maintenance of office, equipment, appliances, furniture, vehicles, building, etc.

·         Manage Janitorial service, Canteen Mgmt.

·         resolve administrative problems and inquiries

·         record, compile, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings

·         office equipment and supplies, ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees. 

·         coordinate and maintain records for staff, telephones, parking and petty cash

·         And Other Admin related activities.
