Job Description

• Handling and Update of all warranty related issues.
• Conformation of warranty complain by Branches/coordinators/Engineers.    
• Call to customer/Operator/Engineers to conform about failure types and parts.    
• Checking of service report done at time with parts purchase.      
• Preparation of failure parts list with parts number.        
• Providing required parts list to parts department.    
• Compliant Diagnosis Support.     
• Provide Product Support was and when required providing parts number to parts department.    
• Technical help to engineers as per required.    
• Supports to parts department.    
• Supports to customer as an when required.    
• Ensure that PDI Information is circulated to service engineers and ensure PDI is done on time.    
• Maintaining records of customer feedbacks properly and forwarding to logistics department.    
   

Job Specification

• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Handling Warranty
• Good Interpersonal Skills
