Job Description

  • Checking the condition of machine
  • Visit for the satisfaction of customers
  • Reporting if any short coming in the machine
  • To generate the inquiry of the parts.
  • To do the servicing of the machine as per the servicing schedule either day wise or hour wise.
  • To understand the problem of customer
  • To convince the customer for timely servicing and perform the activity
  • To confirm if customer are taking regular service from us and encourage them to enter into AMC after warranty
  • Encourage them to purchase genuine spare parts

Job Specification

-Relevant Experience in Heavy Equipment Machine/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

-For Junior Level : Freshers to 1 Year Experience

-For Mid Level : 2 to 4 Years Experience

- For Senior Level : 5 years+ Experience
