Training and Capacity Building Officer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Providing applied experience in adult leaming research and practices to develop training materials;
• Conducting training needs assessments related to M&E, research, and data use.

Requirements:

• Should have 3-5 years of experience in supporting capacity-building initiatives at community level including organizational development, with Masters Degree in social science/Management. Excellent communication, facilitation and listening skis. Ablity to work effectively in a highly (elaborative team environment. Excellent report writing skills.
