Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, adopt and manage all HR related process
Responsible for consistent application of al HR and employee policy and guidelines
Manage the hiring, recruiting and training and capacity building of staff
Build career path for employee and create plans for employee recognition
Strongly implement the organizational culture, values, and policies
Set up new employee orientation, on boarding and ongoing training program.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Business Management/Human Resource Management or specialization with formal training on HRM with minimum 3 years experience. Should have excellent admin and documentation skills. Good communication skis and interpersonal skit.
