Palladium Global Pty Ltd, Nepal Branch is looking for a Technical Supervisor to fulfill the role described below.
Role Specification
Provide technical training and supervision on the use of Human Centred Design methodology for Nepali businesses.
Build the capacity of Nepali businesses to prototype innovations that can scale.
Contribute to global Learning Products about the use of Human Centred Design by businesses in multiple South Asian countries.
Support entrepreneurs in Nepal to secure Foreign Direct Investment by providing access to a network of global investors.
Skills and Experience Required
A technical understanding of Human Centred Design methodology.
At least 10 years' experience of working closely with entrepreneurs or social entrepreneurs.
Experience of raising capital and strong networks in the global impact investment sector.
First-hand experience of business prototyping and innovation.
Fluency in English, both verbal and written, in order to communicate with the global Palladium team, write technical documentation and narrative reports for a global audience.
