Identify requirements, develop vacancy announcements, and post them on all channels
Coordinate with agencies whenever required for the pooling of candidates
Visit colleges and job fairs for pooling potential candidates
Negotiate salary for certain levels of hires
Issue appointment letters
Conduct induction programs and orientations for the new hires and receive timely feedbacks
Enroll new hires into the HRIS
Coordinate to conduct employee engagement programs such as picnics, townhalls, annual programs and so on
Conduct new employee satisfaction surveys
Conduct Exit Interviews and keep records of the interviews
Ensure all formalities are fulfilled before forwarding for Full and FInal Settlement
Update attendance and leave cases for payroll calculations
Job Specification
Proficient knowledge of Excel
Proven work experience of 2 years in HR, preferably in recruitment
Bachelors Degree in relevant field
Excellent time management and Organizational Skills
