Maintain payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
Answer staff queries about salary, deductions, attendance and time records.
Receive and coordinate requests for leaves and absences.
Identify, investigate and resolve discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
Prepare payroll reports for record keeping purposes or managerial review.
Update employee information and computer databases.
Compile and maintain physical and digital employee records.
Monitor and update all attendances and leave cases for payroll generation.
Assist in HR operations
Assist in recruitment, selection and induction process pertaining closing of vacancies.
Assist in policy making.
Provide assistance in executing employee engagement activities.
Provide assistance in training and development and conducting performance management activities.
Job Specification
Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in the relevant field.
2+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Sound knowledge of Labor Laws and Taxation rules.
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with HRIS.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Attention to detail and meticulous with data.
