Job Description
This is an entry level role to provide helpdesk support to the end users of the members. He./ She also performs the day to day activities in operating the systems.
Job Responsibilities:
Provides first line of helpdesk support to the users of the members.
Assists new members in setup/ configuration and provides nothings on different payment applications.
Performs system administration and operations activities.
Involves in development, testing, deployment and maintenance of software applications/ systems.
Job Specification:
At least University degree in engineering/ science, IT or related field.
At least 1 year of experience in system implementation or operation. Experience in supporting critical systems is an advantage.
Outstanding fresh graduate with good command of major computer languages, DB, OS, network technologies can also apply.
Good knowledge of C, C++, JAVA, PHP, Wcb Services, XML, SQL Server, Oracle, Unix, Windows, etc.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Electronic Cheque Clearing (NCHL-ECC) System provides means to electronically transfer cheque images through a secure medium thus completely replacing the traditional physical routine of moving paper-cheques among the banks and clearing house, which has resulted in significant reduction of tedious and time consuming manual process of cheque clearing, both for the banks and for the customers.
