Coordination with principal companies & vendors for getting accessories on time.
Proper inventory management of accessories.
Study and explore demand for new accessories, select appropriate vendor for the same and introduce the same in the market.
Ensure each dealer meets the given accessories target with proper follow up.
Arrange to display accessories properly in each showroom.
Ensure all dealers have enough stock of accessories.
