The Coordinator should have preferably a Master’s degree in Sociology or equivalent degree (e.g. rural development and planning with major in gender equality and social inclusion) with 7 years’ experience in resolving social development issues, experience in social mobilization of communities; sound knowledge in the area of rural development, and resettlement in the projects preferably in roads/bridges sector. S/he should have demonstrated knowledge of resolving social safeguard and resettlement issues (e.g. worker's safety, insurance local conflict resolution etc.).
