The District Engineer should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, registered in Nepal Engineering Council, and at least 5 years of experience in construction/upgrading supervision, including quality control and management/execution of roads and bridges sub-project. Demonstrated experience in managing a district level team and coordination with local bodies and local stakeholders will be added value.
