The Content Writer is "the voice" of our clients by writing web copy that aligns with their branding and other marketing efforts. Successful candidates will be trained on our content optimization techniques and will utilize his/ her content writing abilities with our techniques for the best search engine required content.
Core responsibilities include the following:
Responsible for writing compelling and original articles as part of the strategy with titles, headings, and descriptions, the ability to research and write articles for various topics to catch the search engine’s eyes with keyword densities.
Re-writing/Optimizing current copy on a client's website (page titles, meta descriptions, h1s, alts, anchor text, etc.)
Create email subject lines, preheaders, and content that influence customers to open the email and shop
Responsible for writing Ad copies & social media content that aligns with clients marketing and brand goals
Writing new SEO-friendly copy for pages on a client's website
Blog writing and posting
Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
Implementing various elements of a Company content marketing strategy.
Video Transcriptions
Researching trending topics within a variety of industries
Other duties as assigned
Content Writers must have demonstrated writing experience, professional and/or academic. They have experience writing for a web-based audience as well as a working knowledge of search engine optimization best practices and how they apply to content marketing.
We are looking for someone who has already worked for companies/agencies outside Nepal (Prefebelly USA, Australia based companies)
Further requirements include the following:
Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills
Basic Familiarity with SEO and Online Advertising
Must have prior experience of at least 2 years in the field of content writing/web copywriting
Self-starter with the ability to self-direct
Creativity & resourcefulness
Extreme attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
