Maintain good relationship with channel partner as per company’s Value & Vision
Make 100% product available in the assigned area.
Ensure the brand assets are maintained in the outlets
Maintain minimum sales calls as per plan
Report your area sales manager about the visits.
You need to make at least 20 visits and report it to ASMs.
3. Facilitaing Promotion Activites
Assist & execute the promotion activities effectively.
Maintain and monitor product display with merchandising activities.
Prominent placement of POPs on regular basis.
Distribute giveaways as per the promotion plan.
Participate in exhibitions, stalls, functions, or special events as when required.
Maintain 100 % product availability and visibility.
Find out new market/outlet for market expansion and brand visibility.
Maintain and record display agreement and payment.
4. Reporting the relevant sales data and other information
Daily Sales Report to ASM.
Provide information about competitor activities to ASM with valuable insights.
Communicate market issues to ASM.
Monitor and report on Trade Scheme Effectiveness to ASM.
Supervise and report brand and promotional activities to ASM and Promotion head.
Experience in sales or liquors market will be given preference.
Ability to negotiate and understand marketing and sales skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Passionate about and seeking growth in the sales and marketing field.
Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
