Maintain Good Relationship with Distributors, Wholesaler, and Retailer
- Maintain good relationship with channel partner as per company’s Value & Vision
- Make 100% product available in the assigned area.
- Ensure the brand assets are maintained in the outlets
- Maintain minimum sales call as per plan
- Report your area sales manager about the visits.
- You need to make at least 20 visits and report it to ASMs.
Facilitating Promotion Activities
- Assist & execute the promotion activities effectively.
- Maintain and monitor product display with merchandising activities.
- Prominent placement of POPs on regular basis.
- Distribute giveaways as per the promotion plan.
- Participate in exhibitions, stalls, functions, or special events as when required.
- Maintain 100 % product availability and visibility.
- Find out new market/outlet for market expansion and brand visibility.
- Maintain and record display agreement and payment.
Reporting the relevant sales data and other information
- Daily Sales Report to ASM.
- Provide information about competitor activities to ASM with valuable insights.
- Communicate market issues to ASM.
- Monitor and report of Trade Scheme Effectiveness to ASM.
- Supervise and report brand and promotional activities to ASM and Promotion head.
- Experience in sales or liquors market will be given preference.
- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing and sales skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
- Passionate about and seeking growth in the sales and marketing field.
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
