Job Description

Build, execute and track the sales and marketing plans. Grow distribution - identify and secure new, high value and profitable listings that will explode distribution and availability.

  • Grow sales and build strong relationships with new customer.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans.
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to feed back for future support and marketing plans and range development.
  • Volume forecasting, inventory management and ensure continuity of ongoing weekly plan.
  • Monthly reporting against plan.
  • Achieve mutually agreed sales targets ensure revenue and gross profit margin objectives are met
  • secure new retail listings and (b) ensure our brand is a priority brand in their portfolio
  • Implementing social media advertiser campaigns.
  • Managing all added value material and liaising with editorial teams on ad campaigns.
  • Working with the client services managers to produce media schedules.
  • Accurate preparation of sales reports including campaign and client tracking reports.
  • Assisting in proposal creation and major pitch deliverables.
  • Drive sales and KPI's
  • Leading by example with customer service and styling
  • Hosting VIP event nights and styling events.
  • Flawless styling and customer experience

Job Specification

REQUIRED ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • To be considered for the role you must have at least 2 – 5 years’ experience and a proven track record of delivering exceptional growth and/or marketing role.
  • Be able to lead credibly high-level sales and marketing meetings with strong influencing skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to build, track and deliver strategic sales plans
  • Demonstrate inability to develop and deliver innovative and high impact marketing plans
  • Strong relationship management skills, marketing structure skills, customer focus, good communication skills, adaptable and drive for results.
  • Knowledgeable on all E-channel networking.
  • Input positively company culture and atmosphere,
  • Bachelor degree
