The Role

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Multi Skilled Role - Inbound Sales Assistant / E-Commerce to work at home business office. The role entails preparing quotes via emails, maintaining products on our online stores, answering phone calls for inbound sales & serving walk-in customers and reports to our Team Leader and Project Coordinator.

The main things you would do include:

• Provide telephone and email support to all Australian and International customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs and go above and beyond to satisfy those needs
• Build relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
• Provide feedback to your Team Leader / Project Coordinator about recurring issues so that they can be addressed and the business continuously improved
• Keep up to date with marketing, product, finance and other activities to ensure that you can educate customers on how our products work.

• Familiarity with micro office and excel systems a plus

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve better results.
• Must have experience in marketing
• Must be tech savvy.
• Sales experience in OUR industry is preferred.
• Ideally 50% of the job description will require experience with websites, google ads, email marketing, social media, Facebook, Instagram, twitter etc.
