Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales branches
Prepare monthly plan & budget in alignment with annual plan
Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g. people, material, equipment etc.)
Identify prospective customers
Sell products by establishing cordial relation with clients
Prepare marketing and sales plans
Prepare quotations and proposals
Submit regular progress report
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
Ensure proper limit of the discount as per the limit provided of each customers
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Achievement of sales target as per assigned area Gandaki/Dhaulagiri.
Ensure proper limit of the credit as per the limit provided of each agents.
Ensure proper documentation of agents of assigned areas.
Ensure proper recovery within specified time.
Performing sales prospecting activities on a routine basis
Providing competitive market feedback
Discovering new business contacts and closing the sale
Ensure with proper deal with exchange vehicles.
Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Maintain relationships with Dealers/partners/vendors/suppliers
Assess overall company performance against objectives
Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

We had opened our dealer with 3S (Sales, Service & Spare Parts) facilities in Jhapa, Morang, Saptari, Chitwan and Dhanusa to meet customers demand. We are opening our dealers in Birgunj, Hetauda and so on in coming days.
