Strive towards developing new markets / accounts by focussing on materialization from individual portfolios and Increase market share for the hotel.
Build long term relationship with key market segments.
Co-ordinate and network with concerned department with synergistic service to the guests.
Identifying key guest needs through formal research, survey focus groups and informally on sales calls, entertainment, meetings, etc.
Build and assist in creation of accurate and effective databases of present, probable and past clients.
Provide information as to booking patterns of various types’ reservation channels and prepare future revenue plan of the hotel on that.
Liaison with other departments regarding after sales service to guests.
Other work will be assigned by HOD/Senior.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Experience managing to brand standards.
Ability to travel.
