Ensuring that all accounting transaction are properly recorded
Process employee payroll and proper record of it
Follow up the Accounts Receivable reports on a daily basis
Assist the Finance Manager with systems administration, inventories, monthly closing.
Reconciliation of debtor and creditor accounts.
Reconciliation of bank statements.
Maintain files of all contracts, insurance policies, tax reports, expenses, payroll, etc.
Ensure payment of TDS, VAT, Tax and Government Fees on timely basis to avoid late fees and interest.
Ensure Electronics TDS file return, VAT file return on timely basis
Experience with accounting software
Able to collaborate with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
