Job Description

Working with sales and service development
Deal with clients via phone calls and during filed visit
Interdepartmental coordination
Cable Modem Installation
Perform preliminary assessment of customer requirements
Finding sources of services to ensure awareness and profitability.
Daily payment collection & reporting
Call to clients for payment or clients follow up
Coordinate with Customer Care Center (C3) to solve area problem & RF Support
Coordinate with area technician and clients.
Take Clients Feedback for corrective service.
Direct personal marketing
Perform other techno-marketing duties as per assigned
