The Assistant Relationship Manager will be responsible to build up and direct the Bank’s retail banking portfolio independently as well as under the guidance of the Branch Manager by establishing strategies and plans. The incumbent should ensure a share of the market by identifying prospective customers and the profitability of products and services.
The candidate should have at least a Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent from a recognized university and should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in relationship management of retail loan clients. Age should not exceed 30 years as Qualified local candidates will be preferred
